Lisa’s 20 years experience has seen her achieve Executive Chef at Internationally renown and number 1 & 2 golf course, Barnbougal Lost Farm at Bridport. Lisa relocated to Noosa working at fine dining restaurant Sails on Hasting Street and has been a chef at Makepeace Island since 2014.
Makepeace Island dining locations include the Wantilan Balcony, Long Room and Island Bar, poolside or on your personal villa balcony. A gourmet picnic at a secluded oasis on the northern beaches is a must.
