Our three oversized luxury villas each feature two bedrooms and one bathroom, sharing the same elegant internal design with unique locations around the island. The master bedroom boasts a four-poster king bed and a large outdoor deck with breath-taking views of the Noosa River or serene bushland, depending on the villa’s position. The spacious second bedroom can be arranged with either a king or twin beds. Each villa includes a vast bathroom with a stunning carved volcanic boulder bath, a separate shower, and a dedicated dressing room.

Pricing
Our nightly rate is $19,950 for the first 8 guests, with an additional $1,200 per person per night for each guest over 8, up to a maximum of 22 guests. Children under 5 stay complimentary. This rate includes your luxurious accommodation, all meals prepared by our multi-award-winning chef Zeb Gilbert, non-alcoholic beverages, access to the island’s extensive facilities including a 500,000-litre pool, 15-seater spa, tennis court, gym, walking trails, boat transfers along the Noosa River, twice daily housekeeping, and an exceptional array of inclusive activities such as cooking classes, arts and craft activities for kids, sunset river cruises, river fishing, and much more.
