Executive Chef Lisa Mahar elevates your Makepeace culinary experience to the next level. With her farm to table menus with locally sourced produce, Lisa will work with you to create exceptional menus for the duration of your stay in line with your preferences.

20 years-experience has seen Lisa achieve Executive Chef at internationally renowned Barnbougal & Lost Farm Golf Courses at Bridport Tasmania. Lisa relocated to Noosa to work at fine dining restaurant Sails on Hasting Street before taking on the role as Executive Chef at Makepeace Island in 2014.
